Meheck’s mission is transforming human lives filled with stress and disease to empowered, aware, powerful, pain-free, pill-free lives.

She is the creator of Aikya – The Oneness Program and author of 3 internationally published books.

In conjunction with her vision of creating positive world change, Meheck founded Your Guide To You, a company that enables ideas, goals, and ventures that are aimed at empowerment of all beings and positive world change by perpetrating one- way love. She aspires to create a world where all beings awaken and function from the heart and flow love one way – from their divinity to all around them – with no expectation of any kind in return; simply because they can flow love.

Meheck was born on 7th Oct 1978. She was born in a middle-class Indian family in Mumbai. She was raised in a large family which relocated itself from Sind, Pakistan to Mumbai before she was born. She birthed into the complex PTSD of ancestral trauma and was guided to be the cycle breaker of her paternal and maternal families. She was born with an innate sense of self and awareness which kept her mind free of conditioning and body free of calamities and disease. Her ability to be aware of her surroundings has evaded major fatalities.

Her courageous actions in her personal growth journey inspired many who started seeking her support. A natural counsellor and a master healer, she transforms people effortlessly just with her presence. As her journey progressed she found she was led from one event to another in life, structuring her current self. Meheck’s work is not recommended for the faint of heart or the ones unwilling to see the truth.

In her own words “I enter peoples’ lives when they are ready for transformation – fast and radical!” She believes we are all on our spiritual journeys across lifetimes and while she is on hers she lends out her hand to those who are struggling in their journey. She guides and nurtures and handholds them till they are able to find their own way.

While in her workshops, she reflects on humanity, the universe, the multiverses, the truth and the lies that are digressing people from the absolute truth. She unravels the mysterious energy world and its traps, helping people see and integrate the whole truth. They are then empowered to take mental, emotional, and physical steps towards improvement, based on the new awareness that they gained.

Meheck was born in Mulund, Mumbai, India on October 7th 1978 at 8:30 am.

When Meheck was born, her parents named her Deepa Gul Lilani. Her name changed after marriage as per her family traditions. So she had a chance to choose her own name - Meheck.
Meheck – meaning fragrance in Hindi - resonated with her more as her last birth before her human birth was as a Jasmine flower. She acquired her last name through marriage when she married a man with the last name of Mukherjee. His soul departed the earthly realm but she kept the name as she felt like it was always meant to come to her.

Meheck was born in Mulund, Mumbai, India.

Mostly in Mumbai all through her childhood, Indian values, culture and Sanskrit chants were part of Meheck’s childhood.

Genetically speaking, Meheck is 100% Indian. Her ancestors were residing in the Sind Province of now Pakistan and they migrated to Mumbai, India during the Indo- Pak partition which contributed to the generational complex trauma. Her parents were both born in now India.

Meheck is vegan, gluten free, lectin free and sugar free. She doesn’t consume processed foods and does not drink alcohol or coffee.

Meheck is a type 8 (the CHALLENGER) with a type 5 wing (The INVESTIGATOR). This combination is the rarest of the Enneagram types. Type 8s are caring, positive, playful, truthful, straightforward, generous and supportive. Type 5’s often have specialised expertise and skill sets and delve into unique interests and topics.

Meheck is a: Manifesting Generator. Manifesting Generators have the sacral, root, solar plexus and heart centers, connected to their throat center. They are multi- passionate and multihyphenate individuals, with a ton of varying interests and lots of energy. Their innate purpose is to inspire, energise and produce through their unique gifts and work.

Meheck is an: ENTP – Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking and Prospecting traits. They tend to be bold and creative, deconstructing and rebuilding ideas with great mental agility. They pursue their goals vigorously despite any resistance they might encounter.

Meheck is a huge animal lover and animal rights advocate. She cohabitates with one dog – a golden retriever named Magick.

Meheck has two tattoos. On her right wrist a combination of symbols – Om, Lifeline, Heart describing the essence of all existence. On her left lower leg she has an angel devil tattoo representing duality as the truth of all existence.

Music, meditation, cooking, horses, travelling, badminton, driving around countryside, many forms of art, being with animals, board games, movies, watching football.

She was 25 years old.

Meheck especially loves instrumental Indian ragas and listens to them everyday. She specially loves the flute renditions. Meheck prefers to listen to original acoustic music than electronic. She does have her favorites in Indian singers like Asha Bhosale, A.R. Rahman, Arijit Singh and Diljit.

Diwali. Meheck absolutely loves the celebration of Diwali, the lights, the rangoli colours and the festivities of Diwali. Holi -her second favourite as the festival of colours, love and spring. It symbolises true oneness as people forgive all old woes and renew relationships. She participates in the fire ceremony signifying the triumph of good or evil a day prior too.

Meheck loves to wind down with a movie ever so often. She has enjoyed Harry Potter series, Dr.Strange, Inception, Pride and Prejudice, Jumanji, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Home Alone Series. Closer home Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is her favourite and she watches many of his movies on repeat – PK, 3 Idiots, Taare Zameen Par, Rang De Basanti.She also likes Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and can watch most of these movies again and again.

Meheck is a morning person. She usually gets up before everyone else, when it is still dark outside. She meditates a few hours daily and then follows the guidance of the day. She is unattached to doing and allows the universe to use her physical existence to fulfil the bigger purpose. She flows through the day as guided – relaxed or active energetic.

Yes. Meheck has one son. He was born on March16th, 2005. And his name is Vansh.

Meheck prefers to keep the focus on her present moment rather than on the distraction of the details of her personal life or past. That being said, being at her level of consciousness, exclusivity is not in alignment with her being. She prefers to have close partnerships and meaningful relationships with key people in her life. She believes people come in life to fulfil a purpose and leave when that is completed.
