This is a playbook – for all genders and age groups. Even adult children can play with their parents.
Yes, we forgot to play. In the routine of life, we forgot to enjoy the smaller moments and bond.
The play in this book may appear simple and even stupid to the intellectual mind. In my experience of 15years of working with children and adults, as a Counsellor, Therapist and Facilitator, these activities have all the bonding elements that urban, new age parenting is missing out on.
The activities in this book are designed to bring more consciousness to you and to your children as well, while you play with them. Playing or engaging with each other will allow you to open up a space of receiving each other’s ideas and awareness about various areas of life. You can play with any age group and it will be even more fun every time you repeat these activities. What is required, is being a sport!
What if Oneness with your loved ones can be an easy journey? What if it can be fun? Giving up of all judgements, limitations, belief systems and reference points and, playing away into a greater playground of possibilities.
True oneness and connection is embodying the spontaneity that we are born with, and somewhere lost it on our way into adulthood.

A little about me – I forayed into the field of Counselling and Parenting after a degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA, a decade long career as a professor at Management Schools in Mumbai. I recognised the need for guidance in the field of parenting. Today, I facilitate Conscious Parenting and Conscious Relationships via personal sessions and workshops held across the globe online on zoom as well as in person.
